Due to the excessive heat (Tonight’s Heat Index forecasted between 103 & 105), we are going to cancel Placement Camp for all age groups tonight. Placement camp will continue tomorrow (Tuesday) same time/same locations as already stated. For further details below are the POCs for each grade level.

Please ensure your kids continue to drink plenty of Water. It will be hot the next couple days as well.

Also, if you still need equipment then please be at the Equipment Hut (Behind Pizza Hut) at 5pm tonight.

Just a reminder that Placement camp starts for Tackle tomorrow (Monday) evening. It is going to be hot this week. Please ensure your kids are drinking plenty of water prior to coming out for practice. Additionally, please ensure that they bring a large container of water to practice.

Flag parents, Coaches will meet this week and divide teams. You will be called by the end of the week with detailed information regarding teams and practice schedules.

– 3rd/4th Grade Placement Camp 6-8 pm on grass in front of the Middle School
– 5th/6th Grade Placement Camp 6-8 pm on grass in front of the Middle School
– 7th Grade- 7-9 pm in the “hole” behind Siegrist Elementary.

Update: If you know that your child will not have a physical turned into the coach by practice time tomorrow then please still have them come to practice. However, just dress them in shorts and t-shirts. They will not be able to participate in any contact drills.

Additionally, please ensure all players have at least 64 ounces of water with them at practice each day. It is going to be hot and we want to ensure they are staying hydrated.

For those that are attending camp tonight (July 20th). Rob Wolfe, our Player Safety Coach (PSC) will be providing the parents an informational brief/class on USA Football’s Heads Up program that PCYFL will be a part of this year.

Please bring a chair and meet him on the North Side of the field (Behind the registration tent on the HS Field) at 7 PM. It will be approximately 1 hour.
