This registration link will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. To complete your registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.
Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account.
2022 General Information
Registration is now open for the 2022 football season!
Important information below, please read in its entirety before registering your player(s).
For tackle players only, you will need to register with both PCYFL and KCFC. You will only pay PCYFL and will use a coupon code when completing your KCFC registration. Again, this is for TACKLE ONLY.
TACKLE:
The tackle program is for 3rd grade through 6th grade.
Cost is $350 for each participant.
You will need to register both with PCYFL and KCFC for the 2022 season.
Once you have completed your PCYFL registration, please visit the KCFC website, scroll to the bottom and click on Register Now. You will need to create an account with KCFC or use your account from previous years in order to register. Choose the Fall Tackle 3rd through 6th Grade program.
You will NOT need to pay KCFC, please use the coupon code 57878 when completing your registration with KCFC. If you are registering multiple children, please use the coupon code 28111 for your second child. You will have to register them under the same account but in two different transactions in order for the coupon to work. If you have more than two children that you are registering, please email pcyflpirates@gmail.com and we will get another coupon arranged for you.
You will also want to check NO for equipment rental. Equipment rental will go through PCYFL, just as it has in the past. We will be offering three equipment check-out dates: Saturday July 9th from 9:00am – Noon, Monday July 11th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm and Saturday July 30th from 9:00am – Noon.
A helmet, practice pants, game pants, practice jersey, game jersey, socks, mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be provided for all Tackle players. All items with the exception of the game jersey, socks, mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be returned at the end of the season. If you fail to do so, your deposit check will be cashed.
You will need to bring the following to equipment check-out:
-Copy of your 2021-2022 school grade card to show proof of age (only if you’re new to the league, or an incoming 3rd grader).
-A physical form filled out by your family physician (must be dated after February 1, 2022, to be valid for the 2022 tackle season).
-An equipment deposit check for $150
-If you are playing Tackle football for the first time with PCYFL (new to the league, or an incoming 3rd grader) we will need a COPY of your birth certificate
-You will want to bring your player to equipment check-out so they can be fitted with proper equipment.
FLAG:
The flag program is for Kindergarten through 2nd grade.
Cost is $125 for each participant.
You will need to register with PCYFL only for the 2022 season.
We will be offering three equipment check-out dates in the month of July: We will be offering three equipment check-out dates: Saturday July 9th from 9:00am – Noon, Monday July 11th from 6:00pm – 8:00pm, and Saturday July 30th from 9:00am – Noon. A helmet, pants, jersey, mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be provided for all Flag players. All items with the exception of the socks, mouthpiece, and chinstrap will be returned at the end of the season. If you fail to do so, your deposit check will be cashed.
You will need to bring the following to equipment check-out:
-A copy of your birth certificate (even if you have provided one in the past, we will need a new copy).
-A copy of your 2021-2022 school grade card to show proof of age (with the exception of incoming Kindergarteners).
-An equipment deposit check for $75.
-You will want to bring your player to equipment check-out so they can be fitted with proper equipment.
Every player, both flag and tackle, must participate in our yearly fundraiser of selling trash bags. This fundraiser is what has allowed us to keep our players in the latest and safest equipment. There is a buy-out option; more information will be sent out by your coach or team parent.
